1977 Seiko Diver (Ref. 6306-7000)

CASE & BRACELET

The 6306-7000 is one of the rarest in terms of time in production, having only been made for three months for JDM. The strong case has been very lightly polished in the past and shows honest signs of light use. The bezel insert remains in good condition. The case retains its original unsigned screw-down crown. The case back retains all of its original factory markings in deep and legible condition Serial number is which dates it to August, 1976.
The original Hardlex crystal has only a few minor scratches.

DIAL & HANDS

The dial’s tritium lume plots have taken on a nice creamy patina and show no degradation under UV light inspection. The original tritium hands match the dial perfectly and show no degradation when inspected under UV light.

The watch is keeping time and functioning properly, previous service history is unknown. A service is recommended.
